Elvis Presley invented this sandwich before he ascended to Bacon Heaven.

[edit] Ingredients

• 2 slices of white bread
• Strips of cooked streaky Bacon (5 or more, enough to cover a slice of bread)
• 1 small banana (peeled)
• 3 tablespoons peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons butter

[edit] Directions

1. Lightly toast both slices of bread.
2. Spread the peanut butter on one side of both slices of toast.
3. Slice the banana into coins over one slice of peanut butter coated toast.
4. Place the strips of Bacon over the bananas and cover with the other slice of toast.
5. Fry the sandwich in a hot skillet with the melted butter.
